Where do You Draw the Line?


This cartoon intends to show the similarity between persecuting one for their religious beliefs and doing the same for their political beliefs. If one’s beliefs are not harmful, then whether society agrees with the belief is not important. If beliefs do not coincide, discussion is a better solution to silencing. Given the current political climate, recognizing this virtue is more important than ever. After all, as the cartoon states, “everyone has a right to their beliefs”.
